THE DOVE is open
for June & July bookings. The crowds are gone, the water is warm and
the sailing is great!
Captain Larry Tyler commissioned The Dove to his specifications, expressly for charter, and furnished her with treasures collected on his travels in the Orient. Larry’s training as a professional chef at the Dorchester Hotel in London is just one reason so many guests return year after year to enjoy his authentic Mediterranean cuisine. And it is truly authentic – Larry lived in Italy and spends several months a year at his house in France ‘researching’ the best local dishes to add to his menus. In the Caribbean, his fishing skills provide the freshest ‘catch of the day’ expertly prepared. “I wanted to write to thank you again for being such a wonderful captain, a really great chef, lots of fun and great to be with. You made the trip very special.” Two couples, May 3 – 10, 2008, St. Lucia to St. Lucia. Two queen-size, air conditioned cabins with en suite heads & showers featuring high quality Italian fittings.
