Captain Chris Renner and his wife, Sarah, have established their reputation with years of successful charters on sailing yachts.   They are natural hosts who enjoy entertaining guests as much as they do showing off Palawan’s great sailing performance.  Chris holds a USCG Master’s License, a private pilot’s license and the secret to a terrific rum punch.  He captained several Virgin Island excursion vessels specializing in snorkeling trips and is a PADI Certified open-water diver. Sarah, a talented and creative cook, takes great pleasure in creating varied menus brimming with fresh flavors and international accents. Her experience working in a number of New York City and Boston restaurants is reflected in the menus she personalizes for each charter.

Palawan’s aft cabin offers a level of comfort more commonly found on motor yachts.  There are two large single berths and two separate heads, one with a shower, the other with a bathtub. The port cabin has twin lower singles, and the starboard has upper/lower singles.  Both guest cabins are en suite with stall showers.
