Chef Ayla Lewis won first prize in the yachts under 75’ category of the 2005 Antigua Charter Yacht Meeting Chef’s competition. AURORA won the first annual ‘Coup de Coeur’ prize presented by Chateau Trianon of Bordeaux.  Accommodations for four in two cabins:  Full-width stateroom with queen size berth and ensuite marble head, second stateroom forward has a large double, plus single upper and tiled ensuite head.and shower. 

$13,000/2    $14,000/4 – inclusive, x special requests, taxes, dockage and communications.

LIARA, 65’ sloop.  Described in Boat International as, “A fine example of craftsmanship and finish.”  The en suite aft master cabin has a centerline queen flanked by two settees.  Two forward cabins, one double and one u/l singles, share the second shower and head.   Available now until mid-May.   Captain Ross Appleby, comes back to LIARA on April 1st.  Joining Ross is Laurie Ward, a fellow Brit with 10 years of restaurant experience and cooking on high profile charter yachts to her credit.  Six guests in three cabins:  Large en suite queen aft has two settees,  two forward cabins, a double and an upper/lower single, share the second head and shower.   $16,000/2    $17,500/4   $18,500/6 – inclusive except bar, taxes, dockage and communication.
MAGPIE, 54’ Jeanneau sloop.  Being good hosts comes naturally to Captain Ron Sturrock and Karen Fraser.  Recent guests who cruised with them for two weeks report, “A wonderful trip with lots of discoveries - great sailing, warm weather. Wonderful Karen and Ron, always accommodating, always making it memorable for us to spend a great holiday time which we shall remember for a long time! Even Jean-Christophe will remember his first sailing trip. So thank you again for these beautiful memories!."  Six guests in three en suite cabins:  Two forward fixed doubles, or remove partition to make a master with centerline king. Two aft cabins convert from doubles to twin lower singles.

MIRA, 70’ Sweden Yacht sloop, is looking great after her very thorough winter refit.  There’s a new flat screen entertainment system in the main salon and a new dinghy.  The en suite king master, with sofa and vanity, has its own entrance to the cockpit. Two forward en suite cabins comprise a double to starboard and upper/lower singles in the port cabin. She’ll start the summer season with new crew, including an excellent chef.  See her at the Marmaris Show, May 12 –16.

TABOO, 81’ performance schooner.  Drawing on his 20 years in the Rock and Roll industry in London and New York, Captain David Hartstone is writing music for feature movies in his spare time.   Accommodations for ten in five en suite queen-sized staterooms, two of which have an additional upper bunk.  The crew sends guests movies of their cruise, a very personal souvenir, indeed.
